What payment options are available for purchasing solar lights?

Light Planet accepts both MasterCard and Visa and we charge 0.00% interest. PayPal payments are accepted also and later on, so will payments via AfterPay.

How do I track my solar light order?

Light Planet’s automated tracking platform is still currently in production. Hence, orders for now are tracked through our internal inventory system. You may call us at 1300 533 489 to check on your order.

Is it possible to order solar lights if I'm not a contractor?

Can I have my solar lights returned?

Certainly. You have until 30 days from the day of purchase to return a Light Planet product, excluding Fire Sale items. No hassle, no restocking fees to worry about. Please note, however, that any return needs to be in its original state. Furthermore, returns must be done at your own cost. You can post it, courier it or simply drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Call us if you’ve decided to return your solar lights.

Am I allowed to pick up my solar lights at your location?

Yes, you are. Port Melbourne is where our distribution warehouse is located, and it’s very accessible to the city and right off the freeway. You can pick up your solar lights anytime from 7:15-17:00, Monday to Friday.

Do you offer same day deliveries for solar lights?

In some cases, we do. For orders in Melbourne metropolitan areas received before 11:00am, we are able to get most goods out on the same day. For those living in regional Victoria, orders typically take 24 hours for delivery if placed prior to 1pm the day before.

For orders to New South Wales or South Australia, they usually take 1-3 days to arrive. For any order to Queensland, Western Australia or Northern Territory, expect that it can take up to 7 days for delivery.
