High Bays

This can be done easily on the Light Planet website. Simply add a highbay/s to the cart, go through to the checkout and pay for your order. You can also call 1300 533 489 to order your high bays. For those with a Trade Account, no payment will be required upon checking out.

Absolutely. You are given 30 days to return any Light Planet products excluding Fire Sale items. No hassle. Zero restocking fees. Please ensure your returned item is in its original state. Any returns you make must be done at your own cost. You can have it couriered, posted or you can drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Give us a call should you want to return your high bay.

Yes. For all orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11.00 am, your goods can be delivered on the same day. If you’re based in regional Victoria, orders typically take 24 hours for delivery if they were placed before 1pm the day before.

For orders to South Australia or New South Wales, it normally takes 1-3 days to arrive. For any orders to Queensland, Western Australia or Northern Territory, please allow up to 7 days for your items to be delivered.
