You are able to do this easily on the Light Planet site. Simply add a ceiling light/s to the cart, go through checkout and make your payment. Alternatively, give us a call at 1300 533 489 to place an order for ceiling lights. If you’ve got a Trade Account, one benefit is you can order and go through checkout without payment required.

Light Planet accepts both MasterCard and Visa and we charge 0.00% interest. PayPal payments are accepted as well. In the near future, so will be payments via AfterPay.

Please note that any returns must be in their original state. And also, returns need to be done at your own cost. You are free to courier, post or simply drop it into our distribution centre at Port Melbourne. Call us if you decide to return your ceiling light.
- What are your warranty policies for ceiling light orders?

- Can I pick up my ceiling lights at your location?
Yes. Visit Light Planet’s distribution warehouse in Port Melbourne, which is very accessible to the Melbourne CBD, just right off the freeway. Pickups can be done anytime from 7:15-17:00, Monday to Friday.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for ceiling lights?
Yes, we do for orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received before 11:00am, as we can get most goods out within the same day. If you are in regional Victoria, orders mainly take about 24 hours for delivery if placed before 1:00pm on the day prior.
For order to areas in South Australia or New South Wales, deliveries usually take 1-3 days. For any order to areas in Northern Territory, Queensland or Western Australia, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.+
