- What should I do if I want to order canopy lights?
Go to the Light Planet website, where you can easily add a canopy light/s to your cart, and go through the checkout and payment processes. Another way is to call us on 1300 533 489 to place your order for canopy lights. If you have a Trade Account, the benefit is you when you order and go to the checkout page, no payment is required.
- To order canopy lights, which payment options are available?
Light Planet accepts both MasterCard and Visa and we charge 0% interest. PayPal payments are also accepted. In the near future, payments via AfterPay will also be accepted.
- How can I track my order for canopy lights?
Currently, our automated tracking platform is still in production. All orders from Light Planet can be tracked through our internal inventory system. Simply call us at 1300 533 489 so you can check on your order.

Yes, this is not a problem. You have 30 days to return any Light Planet product except for Fire Sale items. No hassle and no restocking fees. Please note that any returns must be in their original state. Also, returns must be done at your own cost. You’re free to courier, post or simply drop it into our Port Melbourne distribution centre. Call us if you wish to return your canopy light.
- What are your warranty policies for canopy light orders?

- Can I pick up my canopy lights at your location?
Certainly. Our distribution warehouse is in Port Melbourne. It’s very accessible to the Melbourne CBD and right off the freeway. Pick up times are from 7:15-17:00, Mondays to Fridays.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for canopy lights?
Yes. For all orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00 am, we can get most goods out on that same day. If you are in regional Victoria, orders generally take 24 hours for delivery if placed prior to 1:00 pm the day before.
For orders to South Australia or New South Wales locations, they normally take 1-3 days to arrive. For any order to Western Australia, Queensland or Northern Territory, please allow up to 7 days for deliveries.
