- How do I place an order for architectural lighting?
This can be easily done on the Light Planet website, by adding architectural lighting to the cart, going through checkout and making your payment. Alternatively, call us at 1300 533 489 to place an order for architectural lighting. If you have a Trade Account, you are able to order and checkout without payment required.
- What payment options are available for purchasing architectural lighting?
Light Planet accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payments with 0% interest charged. PayPal is also accepted and in the near future, so will AfterPay.
- How can I track my order for architectural lighting?
Our automated tracking platform is still in production currently. All orders for now can be tracked through Light Planet’s internal inventory system. Simply call us at 1300 533 489 so you can check on your order.
- Can I still place an order for architectural lighting if I'm not a contractor?
Yes. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality architectural lighting and other items at unbeatable prices. Should you wish to order from Light Planet, simply add an item/s to your cart, and from there follow the checkout instructions and pay via PayPal or credit card. For any further enquiries, call us.
- Can I have my order for architectural lighting returned?
Yes. Provided this is done without 30 days, you can have any Light Planet product returned except if it’s a Fire Sale item. No hassles or restocking fees. Please note that a return must be in its original state. Furthermore, any returns must be done at your own cost. You are free to courier, post or simply drop it into our distribution centre at Port Melbourne. Call us if you want to return your architectural lighting.
- What are your warranty policies for architectural lighting orders?

- Can I pick up my architectural lighting at your location?
Definitely. Our distribution warehouse is based in Port Melbourne, which is very accessible to the city and just right off the freeway. Pick up times are between 7:15 and 17:00, Mon-Fri.
- Do you offer same day deliveries for architectural lighting?
For any orders in Melbourne metropolitan locations received prior to 11:00am, we get most goods out within the same day. If you’re in regional Victoria, however, orders mainly take 24 hours for delivery if received prior to 1:00pm on the day before.
For orders to New South Wales or South Australia locations, they usually take 1-3 days. For any order to Western Australia, Queensland or Northern Territory, please allow up to 7 days for deliveries.
