For all Victorian and New South Wales orders over the value of $250, Light Planet offers free shipping (excluding poles)! Should your Victorian or New South Wales order be under the $250 amount, Light Planet offers a fixed $18+GST shipping rate for anywhere in both Victoria & NSW.

For orders outside of both Victoria and New South Wales, the minimum free order value is $500 or over. Should your orders outside of both Victoria and New South Wales be under the $500 amount, Light Planet offers a fixed $28+GST rate.

1 – All shipping rates excludes poles.

2 – It is important to ensure that delivery addresses are accessible and monitored. Packages can be left in a secure location at your own risk.

3 – Should you have your details logged with Light Planet and have a change of address, please ensure that you notify us immediately.

4 – Should you have ordered bulk goods, we may send them on a pallet. Additional charges may apply if there are delays unloading at your end. Please ensure that you have either a forklift or people too unload. If unloading takes more than 10 mins to do, additional charges may apply. We will do our best to notify you, prior to your shipment, on how your goods will arrive.

For all Melbourne metropolitan orders received prior to 11.00 am, we can usually get most goods out to you the same day.

For Melbourne metropolitan orders received after 11 am, we may be able to get goods to you same day, or usually within 24 hours of the order.

Should you be in regional Victoria orders mostly take up to 24 hours to be delivered if received prior to 1 pm the day before.

For all orders outside of Victoria please allow 2 to 5 days for delivery.

Please note that pick up is FREE and available from 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Please note that all return must be in their original state. Please ensure that you protect all packaging both internal and external to ensure that a return can be fulfilled.

How to Make Return:

1 – Give us a call on 1300 533 489 or email us at [email protected] with the item/s you would like to return.

2 – Ensure that the item/s being returned are in the exact same way that you received them in. All packaging both internal and external must be as new and undamaged.

3 – Please document in small writing or via a label your personal name or business name that the original purchased would have been under.

4 – Arrange the item/s to be returned back to us via your selected carrier or in person.

5 – Once an item has been received by our warehouse staff, it will be assessed. If all is in order, a credit will be offered to you usually within 3 to 5 days of receiving a return.
